Main Housing and Arm

Material/Aluminium LM6 Casting Alloy. Conforms to British Standard 1490 Lm6. Marine Grade pressure die cast aluminium.
Surface finish. Chromate finish applied to Aluminium partsprior to the final Powder Coating Finish.

Optical Lense

Machrolon 2207 Polycarboante. Transparent UV stablilised high tech plastic material which provides high clarity, weather resistance, and is much lighter than glass. This also provides extreme robustness to withstand any potential flying stones from vehicles.

Seal and Gaskets

DK2015 self adhesive black EPDM sponge gasket with 2900 pre-stretched carrier (2.0mm thick).

Stainless Steel Fixing Bolts/GRUB Srews

Marine grade stainless steel ASIS 316. Allan key heads 4.0/5.0/6.0/10.0mm sizes Contractor 4.0 and 6.0mm Allan key required.
